This website
spott.app is published by Tulip & Co B.V. in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. It explains what Spott.app is and how to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or advice; the figures and screens are illustrations of how the platform works and can differ from what a partner sees in practice.
What you may expect
We keep the website accurate to the best of our knowledge and update it when Spott changes. We answer messages from the contact form personally, usually within a working day. We do not promise access to the platform: places in the pilot are limited and we choose partners deliberately.
What we ask of you
Use the website as it is meant: to read, and to contact us. The text, the design, the examples and the name Spott are ours; please do not copy them or present them as your own. Automated retrieval that copies the site wholesale or puts a burden on the server is not allowed. If you were given a key to a private page, keep it to yourself.
The figures on this site
The map and any market figures on this site are a snapshot of one moment, shown to give an impression. They are indicative, they are not advice, and no rights can be derived from them.
The platform
The Spott platform is a separate service, available to selected partners during a closed pilot. What is agreed about its use is covered by the agreement with each partner, not by this page.
Liability
We take care with what we publish, but the website is offered as it is. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information on this site, or for websites we link to. This does not limit our liability in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.
Changes
We may update these terms, for instance when the website changes. The date at the top then changes with it; the version on this page is the one that applies.
Law
Dutch law applies. If something goes wrong, we talk first; only if that does not resolve it does the court in Gelderland, the Netherlands, decide.
